- Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on the “Request Return” button next to the item.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request
c). Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.
2.Refunds
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Here are the details of our refund policy:
a). Refunds within 15 Days
Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving your returned item and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
